At Home Call, we are looking for a UGC-driven recruiter who wants to combine recruitment with content, employer branding, and creative marketing.

You will be responsible for attracting new stars through engaging content, smart campaigns, and a personal candidate journey.

You will:

• Create TikTok, Reels, and short-form content for recruitment

• Film, edit, and publish UGC from the office and the team

• Drive the entire recruitment process from first contact to hiring

• Write and publish job ads

• Interview and assess candidates

• Build relationships with potential employees

• Actively work with employer branding

• Manage our social media related to recruitment

• Test new creative ways to reach candidates

You are social, creative, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

We believe you:

• Have experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or social media

• Are comfortable in front of the camera

• Have a sense of what works on TikTok/Instagram

• Are self-driven and solution-oriented

• Have an easy time building trust

• Speak and write Swedish fluently

• Enjoy working towards goals and results
